SCORE Offers Web Resources for Older Entreprenuers

SCORE, “Counselors to America’s Small Business,” unveiled a new section of its Web site specifically geared for baby boomer and retirement-age entrepreneurs over 50.

This new page offers articles on transitioning to start a business while evaluating retirement options; a list of more than 20 organizations, groups, and Web sites that offer news, strategies, and advice; latest research and facts on the growing number of small business owners age 50 or older; and access to SCORE’s free online and face-to-face counseling, low-cost workshops and free eNewsletters.
