Chamber Announces Finalists for Small Business of the Year Award

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has selected seven regional finalists for its 2007 Small Business of the Year Award. The finalists are recognized for their excellence in several categories, including financial performance and business history, staff training and motivation, community involvement, customer service, and business planning.

 

The finalists are FACES DaySpa & Retreat in Hilton Head, SC; Permac Industries, Burnsville, MN; Guidant Financial Group, Bellevue, WA; Mammen Glass & Mirror, Irving, TX; Tredway, Lumsdaine & Doyle LLP, Downey, CA; My Chef Catering, Naperville, IL; and F.A. Peabody Company, Houlton, ME.

 

The finalists were drawn from a pool of 63 Blue Ribbon Small Business Award winners. The regional finalists and Blue Ribbon Award winners will be honored at the 2007 America's Small Business Summit, May 23-25, where the Small Business of the Year will be announced.
